Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original NOOE packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain eligible for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
